The rotational molding machines, crafted by Reinhardt Teknik, represent state-of-the-art German technology. Our Green Machine, one of India’s largest roto moulding machines, operates entirely on solar power, showcasing our commitment to sustainability. To ensure control over raw materials and colors, we have an in-house extrusion machine with an underwater pelletizer and a pulverizing machine.

Complementing our manufacturing process, we have a High-Pressure Polyurethane Foam Filling Machine and an aluminum fabrication shop for custom molding jobs. A micro extrusion Welding Machine for Polyethylene fabrication is also part of our factory.

Our manufacturing process follows a closed-loop system, recycling rejected products in-house through a scrap grinding machine, creating various rotomoulded products without the need for virgin raw materials. This approach aligns with our sustainability efforts, reducing landfill waste.

We operate state-of-the-art Reinhardt Technik rotational molding machines, offering the latest in German technology. Our facility features three Bi-Axial Rotomoulding machines, including one of India’s largest with a 5-meter swing. The standout is our eco-friendly Green Machine, running entirely on solar power.
